We are currently experiencing major delays with return delivery time frames due to COVID. International Returns are taking up to 4 weeks to be received. As we ship with a 3PL they have implemented a COVID-19 safety procedure to ensure their staff's safety in order. Once a package arrives at the warehouse it will then be quarantined for 3-5 days to ensure the virus has had 72 hours to pass. This will take immediate effect until further notice.   • FAULTY ITEMS – items that are deemed faulty will received a full refund.

  • All returns must email with your order number and reason for return.

  • All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached including hygiene seal. We will not accept tampered or worn returns. If the item does not meet expectations, we will email to notify and have this item sent back to you.

  • Customers are liable for return shipping costs.

  • All return emails must be submitted within 21 days of purchasing.
