Shipping + Handling

  • DHL are experiencing delays with deliveries to certain countries/cities due COVID and the limited amount of drivers and flights. DHL delivery lead time is usually 2-5 business days, however there may be unforeseen delays, and we do apologise if you are of the latter. Once your is dispatched you will receive your tracking number in which you will be provided an ETA for your delivery. Please keep an eye on your tracking for all order updates. We do thank you in advance for all your patience and understanding during this time.

  • All International orders are shipped via DHL express.

  • $15 USD flat rate to the USA + Canada.

  • $17 USD flat rate for Asia.

  • $17 USD flat rate to UK and Europe destinations.

  • $27 USD flat rate fee for Rest of the world.

  • Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery (dependant on your delivery destination).

  • We offer On Demand Delivery with DHL express. You will receive an email/text message once your parcel arrives in your country and can opt to have the signature released, or sent to your local post office.

  • As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties and customs, this fee is separate to that of shipping and differs from country to country. If you are required to pay duty and taxes this will be sent to you after purchase. Please note this differs for each country code.

  • Please be sure to include your phone number

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged products.

  • We will not be held liable for any fees or taxes related to customs and duties. It is at the customer’s discretion to be familiar with these fees.

  • For ANY parcels that are returned to us due to refusal to pay duty and taxes, a $50 fee and the original shipping price will be deducted from your refund.

  • Any international orders that are unclaimed will be sent back to us and the customer will be expected to pay for re-delivery.

  • Once an order is placed we strictly cannot make last minute changes. If you need to change your size and/or address, your order will be cancelled and you can repurchase again online

  • We cannot leave parcels unattended. If no one is available to claim the package, it will be delivered to your local Post Office for pick-up.

  • We strictly do not re-direct orders once dispatched, so please triple check the address provided before confirming your order.
